Overview
This record covers roof inspection, repair, and replacement for Veteran homeowners. It starts with a licensed roofer getting up there and documenting what is actually wrong, which matters twice over when the damage came from a storm and an insurance claim is involved.

What This Program Covers
It starts with someone getting up there and telling you the truth. From there:
- A full roof inspection with photos of what they find
- Repairs for leaks, missing shingles, cracked flashing, and worn valleys
- Full replacement when patching is only going to buy you a season
- Storm and hail damage documented for your insurance claim
- New underlayment, drip edge, vents, and gutters where they are needed
- Manufacturer and workmanship warranties in writing

Eligibility Requirements
The basics for this record:
- You served with an Honorable or General Discharge
- You have your DD-214, or you can request a copy
- You own the home and it is your main residence
- Your roof leaks, is missing shingles, is storm damaged, or is simply old
- Surviving spouses may also be eligible
